In the summer of 2024, I had the privilege to intern with JP Morgan Chase & Co in Wilmington, Delaware. I joined as a Summer Analyst, working in the consumer bank as part of the Chase Leadership Development Program (CLDP). There, I worked on with the Small Dollar Lending Product Strategy team within Business Banking. This experience allowed me to truly learn more about what I wish to do career wise in the long run, and helped me polish my professional and analytical skills. I put in a lot of work during my internship, and my efforts bore fruit as I received a return offer for a full time position after graduation. Below, you will find an essay in Japanese highlighting my time there this past summer, and the challenges I faced. There was a lot of adjusting I had to do as I battled a lot with imposter syndrome.
